In 2013 the LoneStar Group signed an Enterprise Framework Agreement with Shell Global Solutions to provide uninterrupted supply of their ASTM Stud bolt assembly range across the globe under their own internal standard and specification known as MESC.
This agreement covered the manufacture, supply and distribution of ASTM bolting to all of Shell’s major global assets for downstream application servicing new build and MRO requirements covering over sixty thousand unique parts.
In Europe LoneStar Fasteners leveraged this agreement to establish a supply chain solution for major assets across the Netherlands, manufacturing supplying and distributing most parts from its UK manufacturing plant to the Netherlands within forty-eight hours.
As a history of supply was built this was added to further, with strategic stocks to cater for major shutdowns and rush requirements.
In December 2018 the Enterprise Framework Agreement was extended for a further five years on the success of this agreement and LoneStar Fasteners are now working closely with Category Managers to develop this strategy to other facilities across the globe in both upstream and downstream applications.

LoneStar Fasteners has a long reputation for supplying commercial and critical fasteners including OEM manufactured parts to several leading manufacturers of Industrial Gas Turbines and associated power generation activities.
In 2014 LoneStar Fasteners signed an agreement with Siemens Industrial Turbo Machinery Lincoln, to supply a wide range of commercial and critical fasteners used in the manufacture, service and repair of its SGT range of Industrial Gas Turbines.
LoneStar Fasteners has had a long-term supply relationship with Siemens spanning over 20 years, and has the added benefit of dedicated supply account managers and inventory staff located within its Lincoln build plant. This gives them the capability to understand in real time the requirements of the client, work with them on new projects and initiatives whilst ensuring continued uninterrupted supply.

LoneStar Fasteners have been a key supplier to Aker Solutions for over 10 years, supporting projects globally within the critical oil and gas sector.

With our knowledge of this industry and the technical requirements, LoneStar Fasteners have been able to support Aker in ensuring the correct materials, processes and documentation are presented to their clients. Through our UKAS accredited ISO 17025:2017 laboratory, we have conducted testing to support Aker in making decisions on future manufacturing methods and processes to support and standardise.
