Description of Material
ASTM A193 B7M is an alloy steel used in specific applications within the oil and gas industries where the bolting could be exposed to the environments containing H2S. This includes but is not limited to; valves, flanges and fittings in general and high-pressure applications piping applications. Using ASTM A193 B7 base material it is further tempered to achieve the below properties.
LoneStar Fasteners Europe offer ASTM A193 B7M in commercial grades, covering the basic requirements of ASTM A193, but can also offer with supplementary and additional requirements of the standard or client preference to international accredited certification bodies such as API 20E BSL 1/2/3 or OEM specific additional requirements.
