Description of Material
Lonestar Fasteners Europe supply strain hardened duplex to various international and Original Equipment Manufacturers specific standards including but not limited to VN606 and Norsok M630 D59 material. Material can be supplied with impact results at -46 degree @35 joules to meet the basic requirement of M630 D59, or 27 Joules @ -101 to meet the mechanical requirements of A320 L7 (known as FLT condition).
As a qualified Norsok M650 D60 Ed4 accredited manufacturer, Lonestar Fasteners Europe have demonstrated that they can consistently supply strain hardened 32760 duplex studs (supplied with solution annealed nuts) to the world’s leading projects, utilising the leading steel mills through a controlled and fully audited supply restricted supply chain and method of manufacture.
